With the lack of big plays and explosive offense, comparisons to former coach Clay Helton are starting to creep in, and let’s just say, that’s not a compliment! Meanwhile, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish took a well-deserved bye week, and it seems to have done them good. Despite a few injuries lingering, the team is mostly rested and gearing up for a showdown with Stanford. Our friend Greg believes this could be a statement game for the Irish. It’s their chance to show the college football world just how formidable they can be!
