In this episode I welcome good friend, Rick DeRosa. Rick is a former Penn State and professional hockey player. He helped PSU achieve a Big Ten Championship just four years after taking the program from club to Division I. He outlines his long journey from falling in love with the sport as a little kid to traveling the country as a junior hockey hopeful. Rick also describes the intense sacrifices he made in his pursuit of becoming captain of his team and getting drafted into the Ranger organization.
