Yoga Nidra, which is translated as yogic sleep, is a deep relaxation practice and can be extremely profound for many practitioners. You're guided into state of deep relaxation while remaining fully conscious and awake. The practice includes breath awareness, a journey of consciousness through the physical body, and guided visualization.
