Finding Friends When You Are Over 40

We all forget things sometimes. But as we age, where do we draw the line on whether something is just a normal part (albeit it, annoying) of our aging process, or is something that we should be concerned about? I think all of us (as patients, family members, or caregivers) can benefit from a short discussion about what the signs of normal aging are and how to distinguish that of dementia.
