Hosted by Andrew Quinn and Darren Mooney, this week with special guest Luke Dunne, The 250 is a (mostly) weekly trip through some of the best (and worst) movies ever made, as voted for by Internet Movie Database Users. New episodes are released every second Saturday at 6pm GMT, with the occasional bonus episode between them.

This week, Dan Mazer's Home Sweet Home Alone.

Married couple Pam and Jeff McKenzie are feeling the squeeze in the holiday season, forced to sell their beloved family home. However, there is a ray of hope when Jeff discovers an antique doll that would sell at a high enough price to erase their debt. There's just one problem. Jeff is convinced that the doll has been stolen by young kid Max Mercer, who has been left home alone at Christmas. So Pam and Jeff concoct an elaborate plan to steal back the doll that is rightly theirs, not expecting the lengths that Max will go to to protect the family homestead.

At time of recording, it was ranked 100th on the list of the worst movies of all time on the Internet Movie Database.
