<p>I have been following Justin for a while now and wanted to get him on the show to talk about something everyone deals with - programming and training around pain. We dive into principles and then go into examples in training that people often deal with, including myself. </p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Justin Farnsworth has been both in the training, performance, and physical therapy space for over two decades. He’s a Doctor of Physical Therapy is one.
