&lt;p&gt;A the same event, ninja chef Rob Belcham of &lt;a href="http://www.campagnolorestaurant.ca/"&gt;Campagnolo&lt;/a&gt; restaurant outdid himself by spit roasting a whole 250-lb. &lt;a href="http://www.northerndivine.com/"&gt;farmed sturgeon &lt;/a&gt;using three whole octopi stuffed with chorizo as basting brushes.&lt;/p&gt;
