f you’re feeling stretched thin, emotionally fried, or like everything is just a bit much right now—you are not alone. This time of term can be intense, and it’s easy to fall into overwhelm.
In this short and supportive bonus episode, I’m sharing three powerful tools I often use with coaching clients to help navigate these high-pressure weeks. One of them came up in a session just this morning and landed so strongly, I knew I needed to bring it to the podcast too.
A live, reflective, and supportive session to help you reset and recharge before Term 3.

Happy 6th Birthday to the Teacher Wellbeing Podcast!
It sure has been an amazing ride since I began the podcast in 2017. I could not have predicted where things would end up but I’m so proud of the 9 seasons that have been produced so far. In the time since I began the show, the teacher wellbeing industry has matured so much and is now mainstream in schools across Australia.
And of course 6 years in and my personal and professional life look extremely different than when I started the show. In this episode I share a litte update!
