About the guest - Emiliano Giorgi:
Emiliano Giorgi is the co-founder and co-owner of Progetto Sete, a natural farming and cultural initiative dedicated to producing natural wines, building community, cultivating grapes, and restoring old vineyards in Southern Lazio. With a background in Anthropology, Sociology, and Communication from university in Rome, he developed a strong interest in critical consumption and sustainable food systems. This passion led to the creation of a social association focused on permaculture and local food.
After working in food and wine media, Emiliano sought hands-on experience in winemaking, spending two formative harvest seasons at a biodynamic winery in Northern Lazio—an experience that deeply shaped his vision of natural wine. In 2013, Emiliano returned to his hometown of Priverno to co-found Sete, turning a shared passion for natural farming into a thriving project rooted in community and tradition.
