<p>For the second straight game, the Carolina Hurricanes beat the Montreal Canadiens, 3-2, in overtime.&nbsp; It was the 5th overtime win of the playoffs for Carolina and all five have ended with the Hurricanes winning 3-2.&nbsp; The Canes stretch their playoff overtime winning streak to 7 in a row.&nbsp; For the 3rd straight game in this series Carolina scored the opening goal.&nbsp; Shayne Gostisbehere's 1st of the postseason opened the account with a rebound of a Mark Jankowski shot.&nbsp; Then, 54 seconds after Mike Matheson tied the game, Taylor Hall's 4th of the playoffs restored Carolina to the lead.&nbsp; Alas, as it was on Saturday in Raleigh, Carolina failed to skate that lead to the house and went to overtime.&nbsp; Andrei Svechnikov gets the game winning goal, just his second goal of the playoffs.&nbsp; The Hurricanes can stretch the lead to 3 games to 1 on Wednesday.</p>
