<p>Bill Simmons recently claimed the Nets were the #1 franchise he wouldn't want to be. We argue (convincingly) that the mediocre, expectation-less Nets are in a far better spot than the Celtics are (since they are obviously going to flame out again in the playoffs, leading to heartbreak, recriminations, and real fan suffering all around).</p>
