Choose to Rise

What's filling your calendar? Are they things that are helping you or hindering you to reach your goals?
Today we talk about "flushing" the calendar of the non-productive things and "filling" the calendar with prioritized tasks (habits, actions, behaviors) that are going to move you towards the outcomes of choice. 

This is one that you'll want to grab a notebook, a quiet space and be ready to dig deep into your own life. Reflection is a great way to identify areas that you want to improve and then take action to improve!

The greatest “wealth is health.”  I believe that, but can’t take credit for that quote. It is attributed to Virgil, an ancient Roman poet. So we’re not talking about a new discovery here; more like a tried and true fact.

A lot of people say mindset is the be all end all, I've been known to say that a time or two as well. However, when you dig deeper it's not always our mind that needs work, it's our heart as well. A lot of time it's not that we don't know what to do, it's the emotion behind the inaction that we need to work on/process before we can move past them.
