<p>This week's guest is Holly Matthews - former actor, now a coach, speaker and founder of&nbsp;The Happy Me Project, a brilliant online space helping people boost their confidence and feel more content in day-to-day life.</p><br><p>You might remember Holly from&nbsp;Byker Grove&nbsp;or&nbsp;Waterloo Road, but she’s since carved out a completely new path, turning the toughest period of her life - losing her husband Ross to brain cancer in 2017 - into a mission to help others rebuild after tough times.</p><br><p>We talk about Holly's early career, the reality of solo parenting two girls, and the mindset tools she now swears by.
