THE IDEASugar, Sugar Bitter-sweet Tales of Indian Migrant Workers took six months to write but it could not have been completed without the support of some very talented and generous people. Some helped me to put together a strong Arts Council England application while others encouraged me to keep writing when I felt my creativity slipping away. This podcast relives the key moments over the last year, the highs and the lows, that enabled me to complete this collection and I hope it will encourage you to start projects of your own.
