The Worship Circle Podcast

For 14 years, Wade Joye was the Worship Pastor at Elevation Church. God has formed in him a call to help people build a private life with God that sustains their public calling. In this podcast, we discuss the journey of shepherding a start-up, multi-site church, as well as stewarding the possibility of songwriting in a church context.

In this podcast, we are honored to have friend, artist, arranger, and worship leader Travis Cottrell with us. From his session singing days to leadership with Beth Moore for 30 years and now worship pastor at Brentwood Baptist Church, Travis has had a love since his early days for the Church and for the music that has helped us all worship God and know Him in deeper ways. Travis will be leading a small group with our WC Family this coming term, beginning in January 2027!

In this podcast, Brett shares the story of how the song “Build My Life” came to be, advice for younger leaders starting on their worship leading journey, and also about his new solo project, “Keep the Faith”.

Mitch Wong is a worship leader and songwriter committed to rooting his songs deeply in scripture. In this podcast, we discuss Mitch’s journey from Australia to the US, how a Grammy award allowed him to go back home during COVID, as well as his journey and experience being a sought-after writer for many in the worship landscape.

In this podcast, we are honored to have songwriter, pastor, and worship circle mentor Jesse Reeves join us to catch up on ministry life and also talk about the impact “story work” has had on him. We also talk about how we all have the propensity to think our church has figured out the best way to do church.
