For over 25 years I’ve studied the science of weight loss and natural healing, and coached thousands of people to better health.  I went from overweight smoker at university, to wearing myself out as a vegan ultra-marathon runner in my 30s, to finally listening to God’s wisdom for health and becoming truly vibrant and lean in my late 40s, with a ‘less is more’ Biblical approach.
