<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"> Pilchuck Julia was a Snohomish region American Indian who was born around 1841. She was recognized for her ability to predict the weather as well as her friendly interactions with settlers. As she couldn't write, most information we have about her was written by white Americans, so like a lot of history we have to take what we know with a grain of salt. Nevertheless, her memory is celebrated by many. </span><br />
