<p>Grassroots organizers have increasingly used the messaging app Signal to coordinate responses to MAGA authoritarianism. It remains the best messaging app available, but the “ICE Out” protests in Minneapolis demonstrated how regime propagandists and corrupt law enforcement can attack and exploit it.
