Two years ago, after being diagnosed with a chronic illness just ten days before what he believed would be his final European tour, Alex’s wife offered him simple, grounding advice: Take it 15 minutes at a time. Those words became a mantra, one that reshaped his creative voice, his view of the world, and ultimately, the soul of this new record. Supported by his family and six children, Alex embarked on a path of rediscovery, learning to live, work, and create in small, determined increments. ‘15 Minutes at a Time’ captures the entirety of that journey: the before, the during, and the after.
