In this track, Bri gave her self a head cold that lasted a week because she was not keeping her own cup filled, she was making sure other cups were filled. Quickly realizing hers was empty. So she jumped on to remind you to keep your cup filled, and with a few tips on how she was able to refill her own damn cup!
