Let’s talk about something that we all do so freely, in fact for some of you, it’s a terrible habit… but once you become aware of it, you will want to change asap.

When you dig yourself a hole of self-pity, depression, no longer seeing your worth, you can get yourself out with this simple practice I have implemented in my day-to-day that has drastically changed the way I see myself. So how can you show up for yourself?

Our beautiful brains are here to problem, solve and protect… but that does not always mean they are our friend. Be aware that your brain will happily fill a good situation with shit, so let’s unpack that SHIT we tell ourselves.

There will always be multiple storylines and versions of you floating around. People will meet you for 30 seconds and have an idea of you. Someone will have an interaction with you and immediately think you’re a bitch. And someone will have a conversation with you and fall in love with you and think you’re perfect, we all know is not true. But if you let it get to you, your flaws, your humanity, you will always be the villain in your own story… so how do you become the hero?
