In America our busy lifestyles coupled with unhealthy fast food restaurants adds up to a lot of overweight people. How is diet and fitness viewed in other countries? Can exercise make us crave healthier foods? Is diet and fitness related to psychological health, i.e., depression or happiness? The group gets more expressive today as we see how using a second language like English can result in misunderstandings “Did you say what I thought you just said!” Diplomacy is indeed important as our world gets smaller.
