Starting a journey in health as a cardiology assistant at the University of Iowa, Megan Turner began seeing patterns in people's personal habits with plenty of room for improvement. Through working on developing her own healthy lifestyle, Megan began teaching fitness classes at the Community Center and now does personal training to help share those positive discoveries with others.
