<p>Holidays are upon us. Are you emotionally prepared?</p><p><br></p><p>According to the results of a [2023] poll by the American Psychological Association:</p><p><br></p><p><em>Nearly nine in 10 (89%) [US adults] say that concerns such as not having enough money, missing loved ones and anticipating family conflict cause them stress at this time of year.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>While stress appears to be common at this time of year, 43% said that the stress of the holidays interferes with their ability to enjoy them and 36% said the holidays feel like a competition.</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Even if you are the one in 10 who does not stress during the holidays, chances are you will spend time with others who do. <p>This earth plane is a place of great beauty and light, and it also contains immense darkness. The human body is also a vessel of great beauty and light, and it can be dense and contain shadows and blind spots. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As the consciousness of our world rapidly evolves, we are faced with an overwhelming number of choices to make on a daily basis - not just about day-to-day activities, but about where our values and loyalties truly&nbsp;lie. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What do you believe in? Who are you? How do you want to align your consciousness to ascend to a state of unity? </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Living in a state of unity means you identify more as a soul/light being with a body than a body that might have a soul or spiritual connection somewhere.
