<p>Elizabeth started her bodywork career with an interest in helping pregnant people. She holds a midwifery license in the United States and even did some training here before ultimately deciding to take another route. Her search for a meaningful career led her to learn Maya Abdominal massage, an ancient abdominal massage supporting the muscles, fascia, organs, circulation, and lymphatic system. This non-invasive technique alongside other holistic modalities was fulfilling but came with limitations. She decided to pursue massage therapy to gain more access to helping even more women.
