A really lovely episode where we find Julia on top form, with a perfect balance of funny and emotional (with a beautiful reaction to being informed of her demise, as show tradition dictates). Julia's been putting in serious work through the years, not least with 'Wish You Were Here', which she directed and goes into detail on. Of course she and Brett go into all sorts of terrain, including said film direction and being a driver as opposed to passenger, behind the scenes process, not being all the way out in the open, line readings ("Just do it happier!"), doing your own stunts at a younger age, growing up in New York, and good old fashioned fronting. Zach is known for really fun character work and is embarking on the stage at this moment so if you're in those areas, do check the show. But for now, enjoy the ep which deftly moves around the subjects of snowbound New York, his customer service background informing his portrayals, his now very well known mum, how he and his boyfriend met and successfully found a way to collab with work (not always easy!), swimming and sexy chefs.
