Since then, she’s become a PhD student in Communication Studies at McGill University pursuing research at the intersection of media history, sound studies, and feminist science and technology studies.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hannah's work is situated at the intersection of environmental, media, and infrastructure studies. She researches the role of socio-technical systems in land, water, and labour struggles, infrastructures of energy transition, and the politics of green capitalism.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This episode focusses on Hannah’s writing on the Port of Vancouver, the concept of "tidewater", the nature of logistics, and the supply chain in which we’re all entangled.
