With the first month of 2019 coming to an end, many of us may be overwhelmed with all the things that come with starting a new year. Listen to this episode if you’re really needing a deep relaxation from the chaos happening around you. You deserve to give yourself the chance to sit down, calm your thoughts, and honor your body. For this meditation specifically, we would recommend using headphones for a fuller experience and to minimize potential distractions. However, if you do not have access to headphones, that it totally understandable. This meditation can be experienced through whichever medium is available to you.
