Dr. Madrid discusses common health myths such as one must eat 3 meals per day and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Dr. Madrid shares the history of fasting, intermittent fasting and how incorporating fasting into one’s life can have significant benefits.  He explains the 12:12 plan, 16:8 plan, 18: 6 and 23:1 plans.
