<p>This is a special edition of the podcast, the fourth of six episodes in the Pegasus series that New Naratif are co-producing together with KBR. <p>At a time when the use of spyware is becoming increasingly normalised and the lines between counterterrorism efforts and surveillance technologies are increasingly blurred, it is important to secure human rights before national security through collective action on rights-based approaches to counter-terrorism.</p>
