It is a busy time of year and Lisa Greig is here to tell you that's it fine to say no to holiday opportunities. Lisa sits down for lunch with host Eric Anderson to discuss the fatigue some of us might be feeling this holiday season, why our capacity maybe feels low, the differences between self-care and self-soothing, and what we can do to establish balance in our lives.

'Unbecoming' is a photography and videography exhibition co-curated by Saskatoon's Rowen Dinsmore and Molly Schikosky, put on by Saskatoon's The 525, and featuring 10 local female identifying artists. The show is a celebration of women told through 10 unique lenses. Host Eric Anderson attended the closing reception to speak with some of the artists and discover why this exhibition means so much to them.
