In this episode, I talk about my expectations for my physical health during the winter. Sometimes when movement is limited, there is such a build up on potential energy and I feel like that translates into winter blues.
I already understand that during the winter there is going to be weight gain, but it does feel helpful move and do something physical at home.
The other day when I was watching a couple episodes of a show, I had that restless feeling and knew I needed to do some kind of physical activity.
but I also think it relates to not being out in nature as much-which I consider to be essential for my mental health.
