Set amongst the backdrop of the Santa Monica Pier in the Summer of &#8217;87, Blue Sunset is a dystopian vision of heartbreak, loss and nostalgia expressed through a diverse range of characters.</p> <p>A bit more about our guest this week: Ashley is a DIVA Award-Winning Photographer and Filmmaker thriving at the centre of Sydney&#8217;s LGBTI Community. He started his life in El Salvador in Central America and moved to Australia as a young refugee in the 1980s where he has become particularly renowned for his successful work on the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, Sydney Olympics, Opera Australia and films such as Moulin Rouge and the Matrix.
