We next spoke with Chef Brad Daniels, who shared his culinary journey and discussed his newly-opened restaurant, Gloria Sports & Spirits. Chef Daniels' approach for the business was to create a more inclusive sports bar atmosphere while focusing on high-quality food offerings. The show ended with an interview with West Indies Peppa Sauce's (WIPS) owner, Randy Pulayya.
