This is the third podcast of the series "Killing Our Goals". I am joined by Ayana Frierson. Ayana is a yoga instructor based in NYC. She first began her practice 5 years ago to heal a back injury and then continued her practice to heal herself from a stressful work environment and in dealing with anxiety and grief after the loss of her mother to cancer. Ayana is also a body builder competitor.
