To scale your career successfully, you’re gonna need a strong team working with you. I see so many artists & business owners put off hiring because they worry it’s not feasible for them. But the reality is that investing time and money in a team is a great way to boost your sales and your reach. Just start small, choose wisely, and find people with skill sets that you don’t have. The right team can make all the difference. Most important of all, INVEST in the people you hire. I can’t stress this enough. Talk to them, foster their growth, and learn about their own goals for their careers. When you invest in them, you’ll see the best results both professionally and personally.
