Living Abundantly

On the way home from my first visit with my new EMDR therapist. I had been overwhelmed with gratitude and felt the need to encourage you in your journey and also myself. I hope this podcast will be something you can take some form of encouragement and I will speak to in the next episode. Much love. 

This podcast is inspired by my thoughts and believes that I've had throughout my life. Feelings and beliefs that I would always be recieving the short end of the stick. So I produce this podcast to shift my mindset and actively work towards all that God has to offer me. If this sounds like your thought process or your current struggle this podcast is for you. I am using this podcast as a sounding board to encourage myself to shift my thoughts and beliefs and focus on John 10:10. So I hope this podcast encourages you and you grow to love it!
