This episode talks about how life changes. There are times where our lives seem to be going in a amazing direction and then all sudden things change. What do we do, can we accept change, can me move on, or can we embrace the change. Hopefully my thoughts give you an amazing insight. ✌🏾🙏🏿

1. In life we all have critical decisions to make. There are turning points in life where a men or women must make. Enough is enough. Bruce Lee once said. 'Don't speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn't know the difference. Words are energy and cast spells, that's why it's called spelling. Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life.'

Who is your cornerman ??? Just like in boxing, every boxer has cornerman.. In life I have realized we all need proper instruction to succeed.. Its important to identify who is in your corner in life. A cornerman is your third eye. He or she gives you the proper instruction, strategy and solutions to defeat your opponent. But it is key to select the proper cornerman..

Today's podcast talks about not being expendable. This podcast stems from having a conversation with an shooting instructor of mine. I asked him what made him join Special forces. He told me other position in the military were expendable. There is always someone wanted those jobs he stated. What I realize from this conversations is that in life we don't create ourselves to be SME (subject matter experts) We are not true assets in our lives, we are comfortable being liabilities.
