I read what the Archeological Act of 1906 say and how it pertains to metal detecting and finds. I also go over a letter from Wisconsin State DNR Archaeologists about pertaining to metal detecting on state lands, parks, and waterways. I also go over a couple of counties in Wisconsin who have implemented a county ordinance pertaining to metal detecting in these counties.
