I talk about how I had a goal for 5 years. This year I was finally able to make the goal a reality well at least part of it. When all the pieces did not come together I found myself beating myself up, feeling sorry for myself and questioning what I could have done better.
After a talk with my mentor I realized that I was counting the wrong things, needed to take my own advice and go back to the beginning to reset.
I explain how I did this and a few other things that helped me to start counting the right things, see and celebrate the right things and get back on track.
