&lt;p&gt;Izi is deputy lead of the VCCP entry level scheme - The Table. The scheme is designed to find future leaders in the industry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Izi is a graduate of the University of York where she studied History.&lt;/p&gt;
