If you want to be confident but you're not totally sure YET, do you "fake it until you make it?"  Doesn't that just make bring on the  Impostor syndrome? You want to seem like you got it all together by pretending but then this impostor phenomenon or fraud syndrome sets in.  What imposter syndrome? It is a psychological pattern where a person doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent fear of being exposed as a "fraud" or being "found out."  So, can confidence and doubt coexist?  How do you build up your confidence and banish your doubts?  That's what mother/daughter duo, Pam and Aubrey Perry are discussing in this episode.   Pam gives her "words of wisdom" on how to build your confidence. A long time ago people actually had to ask each other for their numbers and call and set up a date. 😍 Imagine a life without cell phones and texts. Or what is the etiquette of online dating and snap chatting? And when do you post pictures of folks you're dating? 🙄 And if you stop dating, do you delete? So many questions. Too complicated today...but actually you can find out a lot about a person by watching their online activities. It was easier to have real friends pre "facebook" ... now we have thousands of "friends" all over social media.
