It can also help you to become more efficient, productive and HAPPIER. Self care isn't just about face masks and purchasing products. Self care comes in many forms, it doesn't have to take much time and it is absolutely NON-NEGOTIABLE. When I do not take at least 10 minutes of "me time" each day, I do not feel as good as the days that I take that time. But, when you are super busy, HOW do you make that time? Let's dive in!
