In this episode I talk about the challenges that i have been facing when it pertains to my anxiety and how i am trying to reduce it by facing my fears head on. Social media was a big anxiety provoker when i was younger so i just re-entered the world of Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. I also go on a quest to buy a hat that i like, only to find out that i'm driving directly into the center of Oktoberfest. Could this evoke a panic attack? Looking forward to Friends-giving and road trips to come with new friends. Game night that didn't happen and the hope for more to come.
