Tim Franklin thought it would be a good idea to Run Around the World!  In December of 2022 he set off from Brisbane Australia and completed the run in June of 2024, covering over 26,000kms.  NZ, USA, South America, EU, Australia to name a few countries and continents Frank… just ran across… its UNBELIAVABLE!!

It’s unfair to summarise this journey in 75 mins, but we give it our best shot and with Tim Franklin on board as a full time Koa Sports coach no doubt we will be hearing more tales as the episodes go on in future. 

Frank is ready to coach you and help achieve your extraordinary goals!  Fair to say he learnt a thing or two about mindset and consistency.

Tim Franklin has been a full time Endurance Coach for over 10 years and recently became the 2nd fastest human in history to RUN AROUND THE WORLD.  Tim is joining Koa Sports as a full time coach along with Koa Sports acquiring TriNation, his existing coaching squad and service. 

An infectious personality and passion for endurance sports, 40 x official marathon finisher, UltraMAN, 9 x IRONMAN and expert Ultra Runner.  Early into his career as a corporate lawyer he realised this just wasn't for him, and his passion for helping endurance athletes became an urge just too big to refuse!  Tim has helped 100's of endurance athletes across the globe and has a firm philosophy in strength endurance and consistent behaviours.
