3 Steps to Start Cycle Syncing Without Changing Everything
You've heard about cycle syncing. Maybe you're a little bit intrigued. Maybe you're even become a tad bit obsessed. But every time you try to figure out where to actually begin, you end up with seventeen browser tabs open and absolutely zero idea what to do first. I see you and honestly, cycle syncing can be SOOO simple. It's just that us high achievers want to way over complicate it all. Because the number one question I get asked, more than anything else is this: how do I actually get started? The actual, real life, what-do-I-do-on-Monday version of cycle syncing. And that's exactly what this episode is. What You'll Hear in This Episode: 👉 Why cycle syncing can feel so overwhelming at first and the one mindset shift that makes it click 👉The biggest mistake women make when they start tracking their cycle (hint: they're only tracking half of it) 👉 Why ovulation is the queen of your entire cycle and what it's telling you that you're probably missing 👉 How to integrate your cycle into your Google Calendar so you can plan weeks ahead with way less stress 👉 The truth about cycle syncing apps and the one thing I want you to be careful about 👉 How a 10% shift can create 10x the difference 👉The single daily question I give every single one of my clients that changes everything EPISODE SUMMARY If you have ever wondered how to actually start cycle syncing without completely overhauling your life, this episode is for you. In this episode, I break down the beginner-friendly approach I teach women to start understanding their menstrual cycle, hormone patterns, and energy fluctuations without creating more pressure or perfectionism. You'll learn how cycle syncing can support your business, productivity, focus, energy, and feminine leadership while helping you build success in a way that feels more sustainable and aligned. Key Takeaways: ✔️ Start with tracking and track the whole cycle, not just the bleed. ✔️ Put your cycle in your Google Calendar. ✔️ Be careful with predictive cycle apps. ✔️ A 10% shift creates 10x the results. If you are learning to build success without constantly forcing and pushing, you'll also love this related episode: 2 Non-Negotiables to Grow Your Business. Why This Episode Matters: Here's what I want you to understand, your cycle is not a rigid rulebook and trying to use a Pinterest graphic or cycle syncing chart is likely to be the thing that keeps you stuck not doing it at all. Your cycle is actually a guide designed to help you create more balance, more ease, and more alignment in your life. It is not something that should make you feel like you're doing it wrong. Your cycle isn't the only thing impacting how you feel on any given day. Your sleep matters. Your relationships matter. The client call that went sideways this morning matters. Cycle syncing is about learning to layer all of that together, listening to your body so you can support it in the way it actually needs, not the way an app tells you it should. And when you start doing that, when you start making those micro shifts, those tiny 10% adjustments… everything changes. More energy. More focus. More creativity. More space to actually live your life instead of just surviving it. That's what cycle syncing actually is. And it starts with three simple steps. If you want to go even deeper, grab a free copy of my book Cycle Sync Your Business at renaefieck.com/freebook. This Triggered Me… But It Might Set So Many Women Free
MAY 26, 2026
This Triggered Me… But It Might Set So Many Women Free
The most dangerous lie being sold to women right now isn't coming from men. It's coming from other women. Someone slid into my comments this week and told me that what I teach, helping women use their menstrual cycles to become more effective, more aligned, and more successful is a patriarchal construct. I was just after a coaching call with a client where we dove into this very thing…people judging and criticizing when we speak up our truths. And then I got in my car and hit record because this one needed a response. For every woman who has quietly wondered if wanting wealth somehow makes her less feminine. For every woman who has been told her ambition is too loud, her goals too big, her desire for success is somehow at odds with her softness. This episode is for you. What You'll Hear in This Episode: ✔️ Why I believe the idea that femininity and ambition can't coexist is the actual definition of a patriarchal construct ✔️ How keeping women off their cycle wisdom keeps them locked in hustle culture instead of liberating them from it ✔️ The real reason women in my world want wealth and why it has nothing to do with greed ✔️ What history actually tells us about women as leaders ✔️ Why speaking your truth will always attract misunderstanding (and why that means you're doing it right) Key Takeaways: ➡️Most women don't pursue wealth out of greed. They pursue it so they can do amazing good things in the world. ➡️A fully embodied woman is the most powerful force on the planet. "The belief that women can't own wealth or can't pursue wealth without it being a capitalistic or patriarchal construct, [I think] is the very thing that's limiting so many women." Renae Fieck Why This Episode Matters: There are so many messages right now telling women that femininity means softness, slowness, staying small. That ambition is somehow masculine. That wanting wealth is greedy. That using your body's natural wisdom to achieve your goals is playing into the very system that oppresses you. I think we've got it completely backwards. Because when I look at the women who are the most free, the most alive, the most impactful… they are the women who stopped separating their femininity from their ambition. They stopped treating their cycle like a liability and started treating it like the superpower it actually is. Your womb is not something to keep separate from your goals. It is the source of them. If you're ready to stop hustling against your body and start creating with it, listen to What Every Woman Entrepreneur Should Know About Her Menstrual Cycle's Impact On Business it's where everything starts. This Episode Is For You If… You've ever felt like wanting success somehow contradicts your femininity You've been told directly or indirectly that ambition is a masculine trait You're tired of the hustle and want a smarter, more embodied way to build You've received pushback for the work you do and wondered if it's worth it You believe women with wealth can change the world and you want to be one of them You're curious about cycle syncing but have heard it criticized and want a different perspective You're ready to stop playing small and start showing up fully as who you actually are Ready to Grow Your Business in Flow Without Burning Out? If you're a coach, healer, or feminine leader scaling to $10K–$20K months and tired of hustle-based strategies, here's your next step: Apply for Your Cycle Advantage: A 12-week business planning program that teaches female entrepreneurs how to create a cycle-synced business strategy, build consistent $10K months, and grow without burnout. Are You Making Decisions With the Wrong People in the Room? with Kylee Ingram

Are You Making Decisions With the Wrong People in the Room? with Kylee Ingram
What if your next bad business decision has nothing to do with your intelligence, your intuition, or your strategy? This episode is one of those "oh wow, I may have been accidentally making life harder" conversations. Because so often, we think strong leadership means carrying the decision alone. Being the one with the answer. Knowing the next move. Holding the whole vision in your brain like some kind of high-functioning human spreadsheet. Except… that might be the exact thing creating blind spots. In this episode, I'm joined by Kylee Ingram, co-founder of Wizer, for a conversation on cognitive diversity in decision-making, why leaders need to design better decision rooms, and how the right mix of people can help you make smarter, more aligned choices. And no, this is not about having more meetings. It's about making better ones. Episode Summary In this episode, Kylee Ingram shares how cognitive diversity, decision science, and intentional team design can help leaders make better business decisions. We talk about why group decision-making can either create better outcomes or amplify bias, depending on who is in the room and how the decision is made. What You'll Hear in This Episode ✔️ Why smart leaders still make decisions with major blind spots ✔️ The real reason the loudest voice in the room often wins ✔️ How cognitive diversity helps teams make better decisions ✔️ Why disagreement can be productive instead of personal ✔️ The three decision-making biases that quietly shape outcomes ✔️ Why women are often left out of the room, and why that hurts everyone ✔️How small business owners can use decision profiles to hire and collaborate better ✔️ Why "messy action" people need process-driven people, and vice versa ✔️ How to stop seeing "difficult people" as the problem and start understanding how they make decisions ✔️ Why better decision-making starts with asking: who's missing? Key Takeaways ➡️ Better decisions are designed, not guessed ➡️ Cognitive diversity is not a nice bonus. It is a business advantage. ➡️ Disagreement is not the enemy ➡️ Your team may be stuck because the wrong voices are missing ➡️ Self-awareness makes you a better leader Why It Matters If you are building a business, leading a team, hiring support, pitching a collaboration, or trying to make your next big move, decision-making matters. Not just the decision itself. The room around the decision. Because the cost of staying stuck is not just wasted time. It is missed opportunities. It is repeating the same leadership patterns. It is building a business that depends on you carrying everything alone. Your future self does not need you to become the smartest person in every room. She needs you to build better rooms. Rooms with the right people. The right questions. The right perspectives. The right process. That is how you create more ease, more clarity, and more aligned growth without making yourself the bottleneck. This Episode Is For You If… 👉 You are tired of being the only one making every decision 👉You lead a small team and want to hire smarter 👉 You struggle with "difficult people" and want a better way to understand them 👉 You know your business needs structure, but too much process makes your soul leave your body 👉 You want to make better business decisions without overthinking everything 👉 You are pitching, collaborating, or trying to get buy-in from people who think differently than you 👉 You want to understand your leadership blind spots 👉 You are ready to stop carrying the whole room on your back Listen to the full episode to learn how cognitive diversity can help you make better business decisions, build stronger teams, and stop letting hidden bias run the show. Meet Kylee Kylee Ingram is the co-founder and CEO of Wizer Technologies, a platform focused on improving how decisions are made inside organisations. Her work draws on research in cognitive diversity, behavioural science, and wise crowd theory to help leaders design stronger decision environments and reduce blind spots. Before founding Wizer, Kylee worked in interactive media and storytelling, creating digital experiences recognised at international festivals including SXSW and Cannes. How I Sold Out My Retreat After Almost Canceling It
MAY 12, 2026
How I Sold Out My Retreat After Almost Canceling It
Three months before my retreat, I had zero people signed up. Zero. As in, "Should I cancel this whole thing and pretend I never mentioned it?" zero. And if you've ever launched something, promoted something, or put an offer into the world and heard crickets, you know exactly what that can bring up. The scarcity spiral. The overthinking. The very dramatic mental montage of, "Maybe I should just burn it all down and become a florist." But this retreat ended up selling out in the most beautiful way. And not only did it sell out, it became one of the most powerful, expansive, deeply transformational retreats I've ever held. In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of what actually happened, what I had to move through, and the lessons this retreat taught me about trust, receiving, leadership, feminine business, and holding the energy for the thing before the evidence shows up. Episode Summary In this episode, I'm sharing the behind-the-scenes story of selling out my retreat after almost canceling it. We'll talk about what it means to hold the energy for your vision, how scarcity can show up in business, and why your next level of growth often asks you to release control and receive support. I'm also sharing the deeper lessons that came through around hosting retreats, feminine leadership, embodied business, receiving support, sisterhood, vulnerability, and creating overflow in every area of your life. If you've ever wondered how to trust your business when the sales feel slow, how to hold a transformational space, or how to expand into your next level without forcing it, this episode is going to feel like a deep exhale and a loving nudge. What You'll Hear in This Episode ✅ Why setting a clear deadline helped me stop spiraling ✅ Why holding the energy matters before the evidence appears ✅ What I learned about co-creating transformational spaces ✅ The power of sisterhood, vulnerability, and being fully seen ✅ Why receiving support felt stretchy and deeply necessary ✅ How this retreat clarified the next evolution of my work ✅ The story behind my new mentorship: Overflow "When you set the intention and you hold the energy, freaking hold the energy." Renae Fieck Key Takeaways 1. Sometimes the thing you want to cancel is the thing stretching you into your next level 2. Holding the energy does not mean sitting around and hoping 3. The right people complete the container 4. Transformation is co-created 5. Receiving support is leadership work Why It Matters If you are building a business, launching an offer, holding a vision, or stepping into a bigger version of yourself, you are going to meet the edge. The edge where your nervous system wants certainty. The edge where your old identity wants proof. The edge where your mind says, "Maybe this is not working." And this is where so many women pull back too soon. They cancel the retreat. They stop talking about the offer. They change the whole business model. They convince themselves the vision was wrong when really, they were just in the messy middle. This episode is your reminder that your future self is not built by controlling everything harder. She is built through trust. Through aligned action. Through receiving support. Through holding the energy of what you know is possible before the world catches up. And maybe, just maybe, through letting someone else be in the kitchen while you go actually lead the room. A revolutionary concept. Apparently. This Episode Is For You If… ➡️ You've ever launched something and immediately wanted to panic ➡️ You've almost canceled an offer, retreat, or event because sales felt slow ➡️ You want to host retreats or transformational in-person experiences ➡️ You're learning how to trust your business vision more deeply ➡️ You struggle to receive support without micromanaging everything ➡️ You crave sisterhood, depth, intimacy, and real connection ➡️ You know your next level requires more overflow, not more hustle ➡️ You're ready to create more money, time, vitality, pleasure, and ease If this episode spoke to something in you, especially the part of you that is ready to stop just "balancing it all" and start living from overflow, I want to invite you into the next evolution of my work. Overflow is my intimate mentorship for women who are ready to create more money, more time, more spaciousness, more ease, more vitality, more sensuality, and more overflow in every area of life. This is a small, deeply held container with Voxer support, quarterly planning, access to Your Cycle Advantage and The Flow Collective, and two in-person retreats, including our next retreat in Sedona focused on embodied wealth. There are only five spots available. If your body is already whispering, "this is for me," trust that. 2 Non-Negotiables to Grow Your Business

2 Non-Negotiables to Grow Your Business
You don't have a time problem. You have a focus problem. And I say that with so much love… because I've been there too. Trying to do everything in your business, posting, tweaking, redesigning, overthinking while secretly wondering why it's not growing the way you thought it would. Especially when you're juggling life, work, kids… and building your business in the in-between moments. This episode is your reset. Because if you only did two things consistently in your business… everything would change. Episode Summary In this episode, we're breaking down the two core business strategies that actually drive growth. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're doing "all the things" with little return, this is your permission slip to simplify. We dive into how to grow your business with limited time, why most entrepreneurs avoid selling, and how focusing on the right activities can increase revenue and impact. If you want a simpler, more aligned business strategy, this conversation will shift everything. What You'll Hear in This Episode ✔️ Why "being busy" is not the same as growing your business ✔️ The real reason your offers aren't converting (it's not your branding) ✔️ How to sell without feeling pushy or spammy ✔️ The truth about social media and whether it's actually working for you ✔️ Why jumping from offer to offer is keeping you stuck ✔️ The "polishing" method that turns average offers into client magnets ✔️ How to make it ridiculously easy for people to buy from you Key Takeaways ➡️ Growth doesn't come from doing more, it comes from doing the right things. ➡️ Selling is not selfish. It's how you create impact and sustainability. ➡️ Serving your clients deeply creates long-term referrals and trust ➡️ You don't need more platforms (you need more clarity) ➡️ Consistency in your core offers beats constant reinvention Why It Matters You might be pouring energy into things that look productive… but aren't actually moving your business forward. And that's the quiet burnout no one talks about. The kind where you're doing your best, showing up, trying hard and still feeling like it's not working. But what if your next level didn't require more effort? What if it required less… but better? When you focus on selling and serving, you stop spinning your wheels and start creating real momentum. "Make it so damn easy for people to buy from you, and then serve the heck out of your people." Renae Fieck This Episode Is For You If… ✅ You feel busy in your business but not profitable ✅ You keep tweaking things instead of actually selling ✅ You're scared of coming off "too salesy" ✅ You've created offers but struggle to fill them ✅ You're juggling life and business and need a simpler strategy ✅ You're ready to grow but without burnout Ready to go deeper?
