This time, I speak with Marta who is currently staying on the Cape in Massachusetts with her fiancé, Ben. After the closure of borders, their trip to Europe was abruptly canceled and, so, they decided to escape their apartment in Brooklyn for a more peaceful weekend trip in Mass away from the hectic city. However, that weekend trip suddenly became a much longer stay.

Alisha is a mother, a student, a self-made photographer, and also dealing with the struggles of social distancing, online schooling, and trying to balance it all. We dive into discussing the terrible timing with a failing computer right before classes restart, having a blast at the grocery store, and much more.

In this episode of our quarantine series, I reached out to Cara, a fellow Pennsylvanian, and educator. Her school, like most across the nation, has closed its doors and transferred to online classes. Reeling with this quick transition, she tells us about her experience shifting to an online platform, dealing with social isolation, and her dream-like mind in some Pennsylvanian mountains.

Emily is an American currently living abroad in Strasbourg, France with her partner. She is an educator of English at a local university and continues living her French life to its fullest. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a lot of changes to nearly everyone's lives and hers is no exception. As most of us seem to be getting more Netflix time, her work has actually kept her busy to the point where she feels like she has almost no free time at all.
