<p>Dr. Rachel Guyet is the Director of Global Energy Transition and Governance master’s at the European Institute (CIFE). She is a member of European network <a href="https://www.engager-energy.net/">ENGAGER</a> on energy poverty and of the research group <a href="https://www.sciencespo.fr/ceri/en/content/energie-et-cohesion-gouvernance-regulations-et-negociations.html">Energy and Cohesion</a> at CERI-Sciences Po, Paris.
