Melissa Finley has been the head softball coach at Division III Swarthmore College since 2017. Since taking over she has won about two-thirds of her game as head coach, leading the Garnet to a 2023 Centennial Conference title and appearance in the NCAA Tournament. As a player, Finley starred in college at Princeton – winning Ivy League Player of the Year honors in 2003.
