She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Yoga Therapist. She is in the process of writing her book, Seven Steps to Sacred Fertility Yoga to be released in 2024. As well as a book on Fertility and Loss which is co-authored with Nancy Mae.
